1 General Terms & Conditions

By using 15tbajee's website, mobile app, or any of its platforms, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between 15tbajee and its members.

To use 15tbajee's services, you must meet the following requirements:

2 Account Registration & Verification

To open an account at 15tbajee, you must provide an active mobile number and accurate personal details. Each individual is allowed only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person, all accounts will be closed and any funds held may be forfeited.

15tbajee may request KYC (Know Your Customer) verification at any time. As part of this process, you may be required to submit the following documents:

• A copy of your National ID (NID) or passport.
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement).
• Proof of payment method ownership.

Withdrawals may be temporarily held until the verification process is complete. This is done to protect you and all our members.

Keep your account password strictly confidential. Allowing anyone else to access your account is prohibited. If you detect any unauthorized activity on your account, notify 15tbajee support immediately.

3 Deposit, Withdrawal & Payment Policy

15tbajee currently supports deposits via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. Additional payment methods may be added in the future. Specific limits and processing times apply to each payment method.

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (two hundred BDT).
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500 (five hundred BDT).
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 2–4 hours.

15tbajee does not charge any fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (Mobile Pay, Nagad, etc.) may apply their own charges, for which 15tbajee is not responsible.

4 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

Bonuses and promotional offers at 15tbajee are subject to specific terms and conditions. Each bonus may have its own wagering requirements, validity period, and game restrictions. Please read the relevant terms carefully before claiming any bonus.

General Bonus Terms:

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and applies to the first deposit.
